A Resilient and Inclusive Neighborhood
Thriving with amenities and development, the Monon16 area is quickly becoming a resilient and inclusive neighborhood in Indianapolis. With $50 million in current projects in the area, the Monon16 development team and partners are dedicated to building a healthy neighborhood with access to quality housing, economic prosperity, and social and educational opportunities for all residents regardless of income.
Monon16 benefits from easy access to several high-quality public amenities, boasts a wide variety of educational options, and has endless potential for development projects.
The Monon16 Area

Comprehensive Community Development
Our goal is comprehensive community development. Neighborhood revitalization must address all aspects of residents’ quality of life, including housing, economic opportunity and security, transportation, infrastructure, public amenities, social and health services, educational opportunities, safety and security, social engagement, and forums to participate in neighborhood decision-making.
